No Sugar Added Smoothie

1 cup frozen fruit (whatever you like best)
1 6-8oz container yogurt (whatever flavor you want)
2/3 cup apple juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. This is designed to be a single serving smoothie. If you use apple juice, it is sweet enough to cover any needed sugar. However, if you like it sweeter- just add what you like.
