Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce- for lettuce wraps, Maryelle

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup hot water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 lime juiced
1 tsp garlic minced
1 tsp red chili paste

Blend until smooth

I just made this- with these exceptions and it turned out delicious. So if you are missing some ingredients don't despair.
No fish sauce, and I used Thai sweet chili sauce (1 tsp.) instead of chili paste, and seasoned rice vinegar. We were just pouring it over our Jasmine/Nishiki rice. Sooo good.
