Hummus- Allison

Hummus

1- 16 oz can Garbanzo beans
1/4 Cup bean liquid from can, reserved
1.5 Tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 T lemon juice

Combine all the ingredients except for the bean liquid in a food processor. Let it run for a few minutes making it as smooth as it's going to get, and then slowly add the bean liquid
