- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 cups thinly sliced onions
- Saute in large pot 8-10 minutes, until transparent
- 2 qts (8 cups) beef broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Add to onions; bring to a boil
- Simmer 10-15 minutes
- Serve with Slice of Swiss cheese, soda crackers, bread
