Grandma White's Veggie Cheese Soup (easy)- Annaliese


  • 1 qt. water
  • 4 tsp. chicken bullion
  • 1 large diced potato
    • boil untill potatoes are semi tender
    • add 2 cans cream of chicken soup; whisk till smooth
    • add 1 pound of frozen veg. (carrots, broc, squash, caul. etc.)
    • simmer till veg. are tender--
    • add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up. Stir in until melted.
