- 1 qt. water
- 4 tsp. chicken bullion
- 1 large diced potato
- boil untill potatoes are semi tender
- add 2 cans cream of chicken soup; whisk till smooth
- add 1 pound of frozen veg. (carrots, broc, squash, caul. etc.)
- simmer till veg. are tender--
- add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up. Stir in until melted.
