Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole- Sara

8 slices Canadian Bacon
8 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
8 slices Provolone cheese
Chopped chives (optional)
Garlic Salt
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Place chicken in bottom of pan.
    Lay cheese and ham on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix soup and sour cream together and spread on top. Bake for 40 minutes. Top with chives and serve over hot rice.
